	FLOOR PLANS There are six floors in Kalpaka Park Residence: garden level, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors and mansard floor. You can see each floor plan and get detailed information on apartments by moving the mouse pointer at the floor level you are interested in and clicking the left mouse button. . GARDEN LEVEL FLOOR There are six apartments on garden level floor, the apartments are called Garden View Apartments, because all of them have an exit either to the picturesque terrace on Kalpaka Blvd side or to the greened yard. Garden View Apartments have vaulted ceilings, which add the charm of antiquity to otherwise modern apartments. All apartments have one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, intrusion alarm; apartment area is from 48-64 square meters. NB On the garden level floor there is also a professional gym for tenants. 1st FLOOR There are 7 apartments of the first floor, 3 of them are the so-called Classic apartments and 4 - Modern apartments.
