Well-preserved richly ornamented big cast iron stair railing will be used in staircase renovation. Such choice of stair railing decor is characteristic to foyers of luxurious tenement houses and public buildings of the 19th-20th centuries.

Original casements of doors and windows with characteristic original brass furniture and decorative glass filling with theme of festoons and flowers and frosting or file. Decoration of original casement of doors - qualitative painting resembling the texture of wood and polychrome colouring with ornamental themes.

There are eclectic and art nouveau style tile stoves and fireplaces with figurative decor in apartments.

Original ornamental flagging with leaves pattern has preserved in the staircase foyer of the building on the 1st floor in relatively good condition. It will be preserved and renovated.

High quality eclectic wall painting dated with the 70-ies - 80-ies of the 19th century. It consists of a polychrome frame system that environs refined grotesque compositions with fruit and natural specimens.

Figurative ceiling décor pattern of rare occurrence - spatial unlike widely prolate flat decors. Many eclectic decorative ceiling rosettes have been preserved in the building.
